Two surgeries, a stay in the hospital. Two hour waits in exam room. Still had to go to another dr and had to get a complete knee replacement! Never again would I go to Go!

Excellent bedside manner. Explains the procedure and is comforting in his explanation. One thing that stood out , Dr. Go returned a phone call concerning my daughter’s condition well after office hours which he eased my mind ….

Dr. Go has completed two knee meniscus surgeries on me (both knees) always friendly and excellent staff. Great experience every time.

Dr. Go is a highly intelligent and compassionate physician who listens to his patients. He has a team that is also very caring and well organized. I would highly recommend this team. They made everything friendly and easy while allowing the patient to concentrate on the situation at hand.

Every experience has been excellent. I had a surgery and other appointments. Always professional and personable. He is knowledgeable and skilled. I highly recommend him.

He was very polite and even returned to the room to answer my question. But he told me a bone chipped off my ankle and that it might reconnect and it might not. Then sent me on my way...no anti inflammatory nothing for pain...which by now I had been walking on for 2 weeks...fractured!

i had to wait over an hour to see him tgen he rushed me out. Would not listen to me and misdiagnosed me causing me months of pain until I got fed up and found another awesome orthopedic surgeon who listened to me and diagnosed me correctly. Dr. Go has a very poor bedsude manner and does not like you asking him questions.

I waited over 3 hours for him and his team to not be able to open the Xray from Carespot - they then turned around took Xray's could not locate the fracture - asked me to take picture of Carespot Xray - never crossed his mind to even ask me to get new old Xray from CareSpot until I mentioned it to him - Gary Go told me to come back in 2 weeks - didn't provide any answers but a waste of time getting my daughter out of school - 3 hours in his office - he cleared his entire office before returning to us - even after I asked he come back after Xray please don't place us at end of his line - after being in his office since 2! My husband had to leave to get my son off bus - 2 hours for Dr. Appt is fine - but not 3. I'm sure they will not return my X ray. So, I'm a no on Gary Go. I didn't need to hear his excuse for late return - I heard him just chopping it up in hallway before he returned to tell me nothing! Update: I request my Xray back called them on 10/11 from a 10/10 appointment - they just call me back tell me they Shredded my Xray - and I can call Carespot for a new Xray... again this shows me this office doesn't not care about it's patients - at least they didn't care about my family.
