Hard to get through on phone lines to make or change appointments. Three calls with hold times of 40-45 minutes. Keep being told it is phone company but this will keep me from staying if it continues.

He is always so helpful, I think he's a great Dr. I Love his nurse Taylor. They are always on top of top of things. Very efficient.

Prescribed BP medicine that works. When insurance would no longer cover it - tried several different medicines that did not work. Asked the office if he would give me a Rx for the one that worked for generic. I can get this same prescription from Canada made by the same company and the assistant changed the Rx and said there is no generic. Told her to research it as I explained earlier. She said she doesn’t recall a conversation less than 24 hrs earlier in which she apparently took notes. Dr Boyd is a joke of a family doctor. Whatever the drug reps give him in kickback is what he will prescribe. How about doing what’s best for your patient - eh wannabe cowboy??

Dr. Boyd is a very personable and attentive physician. He has assisted me in my health care needs and refers any things he feels I might need a specialist on. His staff is top notch as well!

Did a fast routine on a painful knee, asked if it was swollen (can't he determine that) and sent me on my way with a prescription for pain medicine. Seriously...my pain has gotten progressively worse and I spent a lot of time waiting and I get to see the doctor and he barely spends any time on it. Disappointing.

Only refers to specialtists. Have gone to see him many times and everytime I see him he refers me to another doctor. He has never actually treated my problems. Spends 2 minutes in room then sends me on my way.
