I had to go there by ambulance at 5 am with chest pains Sunday morning 81521 I was there for 4 days I found out I needed heart valve replacement surgery they were so nice to me I did not want to leave if I need to go to the hospital again and if the hospital close to me is to full I will go to Lee Summit Hospital great nurses and great staff had my surgery done on September 13th and I feel great they put in touch with a good heart surgeon

What an incredible team. The compassion and concerns for my comfort and immediate treatment was amazing. The whole experience kept me calm and confident in the doctor and nurses abilities to provide the exact plan for successful prognosis

ER was fantastic even tho we waited in the hallway of the ER from 1030am to 7 pm for a room for my husband to be admitted. Now the nurse in the room was horrible. I know they are extremely busy and probably under paid but…. You don’t come in the room not tell who you are don’t offer a gown and then be rude and snippy with us when I go out in the hall to ask a question because nobody ever came back in. We are the ones that should be upset waiting in the ER for 6 12 hours. And mind you her shift had just started. No one should treat a patient like that. Needless to say we got another nurse to care for him the rest of the night Other then that they were awesome and we treated with respect.

If there such a thing as a good hospital stay I had one 106 thru 1014. I had very good nurses with exception of 2 that I looked forward to shift change. The nurses and techs was good and very cordial and they made my stay the best it could have been. They chatted when they came in and made sure there was nothing I needed.
