The staff was great. It was my first time getting infusions and Ricky put me at ease and kept a close eye on me. Even noticed one of my eyes was red after starting. So glad my dr sent me here.

I would have given 5 stars but for the fact that it took so long to get an appointment. Once I got there everyone was helpful and kind. It was a pleasant experience considering how nervous I was to be there. Perhaps the booking will get better in time. I recommend based on the professionalism of the staff.

I had my first infusion of stalera at IVX in Lees summit Missouri the staff was very professional an courteous. The nurse practitioner was great at explaining the process an made us feel very confidant that he knew what he was doing and also made us feel comfortable and at ease. The procedure went very smooth an I am feeling good today. I would recommend IVX to any one who needs any kind of infusions. Thank you to the folks at IVX

Only met two people but both were very friendly got me in a room quickly and made sure I understood and asked if I had questions. I was checked on frequently and asked if I needed anything. The room had comfortable chairs and a tv. Nice clean bathroom.Update I have been here many times now and I still give very high approval. They go out of their way to make sure its a great experience everytime. They offer a snack blanket and TV each time I go. And much more.All the employees here are great. My veins are hard to get but everyone has been great and patient. You ALWAYS feel well taken care of from check in till the time you leave.

Everyone always says hi. The staff always asks if I want anything. They ask how I have been feeling.You really feel like a person instead of just a patient.I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my shots.
