Physical Therapy department has been positive, considerate, professional and on time. cataract surgery went smoothly. So glad hospital is in town!
We took our daughter into the ER for a low grade fever (99.4) on the 26th. I know no one can do anything about a low grade fever. Yet, with our daughter having a central line and gtube in place she acted like she was at the start of sepsis. Super fussy, irritated, didn't want to sleep, skin was burning up. We already went through sepsis once with her and didn't want to take a chance with her having a low grade fever. Was told that "she's just cutting teeth and that all the blood results won't come back for a few days." We told the ER doc that she goes to Children's Mercy for GI and would like them to contact them about the situation. He didn't and consulted another Dr. At the end we got sent home. 5 hours later we had to take her to Neosho Memorial for a 100.5 temp. I was highly upset because it felt like Allen County Regional didn't listen to us. She ended up being transferred to Children's Mercy for NEC and they're still worried about a possible line infection. Honestly the ER needs to start listening more to us parents with medical needs kids
My visit was nice. They were running behind, so I had to wait. But that was okay too. Dr and nurses were nice and friendly. 👍👍👍👍👍
There definitely needs to be more privacy for wound care clinic. Can't train help to do mammograms. The bill department gals are super nice. L and L,you know who I mean.
Have been going wound care for weeks now they all have been great.. everyone i have encountered have been friendly. 9am
Its a hospital
I had went in the er yesterday to a lump on my neck and all they did was a strep test that came back negative. They refused to do more tests than the strep test. Very unhappy with service.
Never go there, no triage, most staff does not listen, labels are not even spelled correctly on storage, no privacy in ER.
I went in for an appointment this morning to see a pain management doctor. The intake lady was very nice and helpful. The nurse who took my vitals was very pleasant. Then the doctor came in and immediately told me that he couldn’t find anything wrong with me. I have had chronic pain most of my life from a rare disease of the thoracic spine and he seemed to have missed that in the bundle of information I gave him about my condition. He was more concerned with my employment status and my source of income than he was in trying to find out about my pain and strategies to increase my quality of life. When I finally told him that I felt he wasn’t listening to me, he jumped up and told me to find someone else to treat me and left the room. So, after all that, I now find out that the doctor is just renting space there and that he really isn’t accountable to anyone... I live more than an hour from the hospital. So I spent half my day being judged by a “doctor” who must have forgotten his oath, sitting in a car which causes me pain and then being told that my complaints have been noted, but the doctor doesn’t work there, so there isn’t much anyone can do. Now I know, if I want to see a doctor that cares about their job and more importantly, cares about their patients, not to look at Allen County Regional Hospital.
This hospital is a waste of tax payers money. It's nothing but a bandage station. I gave it a 1 because you can pick 0.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
