I love dr shockley. He is a very kind man. He always listens to his patients and works with them to better help. He never makes me feel bad for coming in. He explains things so that I can understand. The staff is also very wonderful. They are always friendly.

Best family doctor EVER!!! I always go to him for my female problems because he knows what he's talking about and also he truly cares about his patients and he listens to his patients and he takes care of his patients and he checks on them. I don't like going anywhere else, but him. Unless he recommends it, then I'll go but I always go back to him, to updateto him. He is truly amazing and his head nurse Ashley is truly amazing too. I wish he did all the obgyn stuff but I'm just glad that he at least does the basics and know what he's talking about and can explain everything really good. He is a really good person with a really good heart!! I definitely recommend him!!!

I love this guy! He is truly absolutely amazing doctor and person! If it wasn't for him, I would probably be dead by now, with all the female health issues I've been going through. He has been spot on with all with all my female problems and he knows what he's talking about and he takes awesome care of his patients. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Shockley's career is winding down as he will retire in the near future. He is a caring man who takes the time to listen. He is usually spot on with treatment. They have other doctors there that are good as well if Dr. Shockley is not available.

Dr Shockley is very informative always verbally describing illness and the causes and preventions. He is very friendly and I wouldn't choose anyone else to go to. I've been going to him since I was 6 months old (he informed me of this when they were upgrading from paper files to a software system. Dr Shockley is the obvious choice when choosing your family physician because he is an honest educator.

Dr. Shockley is the best. He's been my preferred doctor since 1984! He knows what he's doing, cares immensely about his patients, and is highly personable, friendly and sensitive. He doesn't rush through an office visit, and he gets to know his patients. I highly recommend Dr. John Shockley!!!

Dr. Shockley is (in my opinion) the best Doctor in KC, however I'm a little partial due to the fact he has been my PCP since i was a little tyke & before that his Father was my families physician.Not only is Dr.John a great Doctor he actually is a great person, he genuinly cares about his patients & makes sure we receive the best care possible.Thank you Dr. John for always being there for those in need.
