I did not attend her office. Supposedly I was going in for a dental cleaning and consult on finishing my implant. My appointment was not till early afternoon. Because I did not fill out a form and didn’t have my dental card that I never received from work we would need to reschedule. I have retired and my dental insurance ends this month. Whoever I was speaking with was talking very fast. I just had planned on going for a quick dental cleaning!! The conversation was not pleasant. I chose to go back to my former new dentist. At least he does care enough to communicate in a calming voice an I don’t feel rushed.

Went in with no problems, but she said I had a cracked tooth, and needed a crown. The temporary crown leaked and was very painful. The permanent crown had to be replaced and a root canal was needed (By another dentist) to correct her work. Now I question if I even needed the crown at all. BEWARE!
