Dr. Walls is just trying to make money at the patients expense. I brought both my kids to get evaluated for a tongue tie and nasal congestion. They are both minor issues. He never stated the issues would resolve with age. With a small google search and 2nd option that is very likely to happen. Dr. Walls will always recommend surgery. He wants to make a quick buck. Dr. Walls never told us the risk benifits surgery vs not. People you need to research and get a second option if you go to Dr. Walls

Dr. Wall’s is a great ENT physician. Highly recommend him and his staff for ear tubes and taking care of little ones.

Dr Walls saw my toddler for enlarged tonsils. The consult was quick but thorough (which is nice with a 2 year old.. in and out). We waited until a week after 3rd bday for surgery and that was today. Everything was very streamlined, professional , and everyone was kind and caring. You can tell they love kiddos. Will did great at getting him down to the OR without a fight and Dr Walls was quick and made me feel very confident! He even sent a pic of the tonsils which I asked for :) we have his cell and clear instructions so aftercare is amazing as well!

Charged an arm and a leg for nose surgery that they guaranteed to work, that did not take on one side leaving me with an annoying whistling noise and one side I still cannot breathe out of. They also made me do the surgery awake which they advised there was no option to be put under for, later on finding out from a college of walls that this was not true. This place was very rude with me about the situation while ongoing and after when I asked them to fix the issue that they did not correct they said they would work with me and not charge me for my visit being that it did not work. I went back and the new Dr stated he had no idea why it happened and refused to do any scans to find out why my issues were happening. Then charged me $400 and change for an appointment which they did nothing but look in my nose with a light for less then a minute. Remind you they stated they would not charge me and when I called they stated that was never said. This place is very sketchy and do not have good practices go somewhere else! I should have listened to the other reviews.

Dr. Walls is wonderful. I was very impressed with his bedside manner. He didn’t make me feel rushed and answered all my questions. I highly recommend him.

Yes the waiting isn't fun,but when its your turn you get his undivided attention. The man knows his job !! 10 stars I just met the man . No complaints from myself I love hearing the doctor and nurse talk .life changing procedures. Thanks dr walls . For all you people who want to be rushed through like cattle then go find a doctor that will hurry up and run through the paitients to get to you ,and there is many . I personally will wait in the waiting room for doctors like Dr walls .

Very professional and efficient!

I saw Dr. Walls because I had a mass on my thyroid, which is a scary situation to go thru for a young healthy individual. His confidence in my treatment plan made me less nervous and more at ease. I had the mass and my left thyroid gland surgically removed and Dr. Walls and his team were amazing. Checking in for surgery was easy, the nurses at the surgery center were so nice and accommodating. Dr. Walls and his PA both came in prior to the procedure and explained to me throughly what they were going to do and what to expect post op. They reached out to check on me several times throughout the next few days after surgery. Although I would not particularly want to have this surgery again, if I had to, I would 100% go back to Dr. Walls without a doubt in my mind. His bedside manner is calming and he answered all of my questions confidently to where any nerves I had were gone after meeting with him. He is a fantastic doctor and surgeon and I HIGHLY recommend him.
