New patients beware! Doctor has a very rigid and restrictive policy for new patients. One new patient per week. Unfortunately their on line appointment scheduler doesn’t follow the policy. Weeks ago after multiple calls to the office and being on hold for eternity, I went on line and scheduled an appointment for 2/7/2022. Appointment was later confirmed by email. Received a phone call from the office yesterday, 1/18, indicating my appointment would be cancelled since another new patient had an appointment for 2/7 but earlier in the day. The next available time would be 3 months later on 5/26. It’s good to know now this doctor and it’s staff will follow policy and not go the extra mile for patients.

My visit with Dr. Koleiny was wonderful! Everyone that took care of me in the office (front desk, nurse, doctor, lab team, scribe, check out table) were kind, empathetic, and welcoming. I've never had this great of an experience at a doctor's office and will be returning here for any of my medical needs in the future, as well as recommending Dr. Koleiny and her staff to all my family and friends!

I LOVE THIS OFFICE!!! One of my good friends recommended Dr Koleiny to me and I am so glad she did! Every receptionist and nurse I have spoken to have been so nice and friendly, and Dr Koleiny is amazing and makes sure I am getting the right treatment for me! HIGHLY RECOMMENED
