Dr. Covington diagnosed my recent condition, taking thorough steps to make sure what was concluded was accurate. I appreciated the care he showed me and how he explained the different options I had for treatment. He also performed the necessary surgery, and limited what could have been two separate surgeries to only one. By waiting extra time for a pathologist during the surgery, he prevented me having to come back, which I appreciate for the time, recovery, and frankly the money this saved me. I am so grateful for the care of Dr. Covington, as is my wife who sees him for separate issues.

I hate this doctor first he’s say I need saliva gland removed and send me make spencisve exams now he’s say can’t find nothing 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Nose surgery didn't help at all one of the worst surgery I've had

I found Dr. Covington to be quite good. I liked his no nonsense approach. He answered my questions directly and clearly. He has excellent knowledge of his subject and excellent skills. He was readily available for appointments, explained procedures to me and made me feel comfortable. I would recommend Dr. Covington to friends and family for an office visit or for surgery.

I saw Dr. Covington after completing a sleep study and then referred to him by my doctor. He came in the room, looked at my ears, nose and throat, then said I should get a mouthpiece for my snoring. It all happened about as fast as you took to read that last sentence. He recommended a mouthpiece instead of a CPAP, even though my sleep study showed I needed the CPAP. I finally talked him into the CPAP. He didn't listen to my needs and seemed very short. I was not impressed at all.

Saw him Oct. 5, 2017. He honed in on 1 thing & didn't hear anything after that. He walked me to the assistant area, told them to order me a sleep test, then just walked off. No "we will call you when we get the results or what. Assistant would not return my calls. I finally complained to the operator and she got her on the phone. Said she'd left me a voice msg. NOT! Said she would send orders to get cpap. After a week, left complaint with off mgr who didn't call me but got orders sent.

Did a terrible job in listening to my concerns. He came in with his diagnosis before even examining me. And his "examination" was to look in each nostril and send me on my way. I left in tears. Will NEVER visit this doctor again.

Willing to take the time to explain my diagnosis

Dr. Covington is a great doctor! My son was having back to back ear infections and all our pediatrician would do is pump him full of antibiotics. I got fed up with my how my son was being handled and went to see this ENT. Since my son had soo many infections he had to get tubes. While in surgery he saw where he was starting to get another infection. Since his tubes he has not had anymore infections. I was never charged for my sons follow up. It was included. I have had nothing but good experiences with this doctor! My daughter was having nose bleeds that were horrendous and would stop for about 15 mins. I took her to see him and he watched her and said this child's adenoids are infected because of the way she was breathing through her mouth. He put her on some antibiotics and cauterizered her nose so as to stop anymore bleeding. A week later she was was breathing through her nose and No more nose bleeds! He is very good with children and knows how to make them feel comfortable! I would go back again to see him!

The doctor himself was nice. Although, he didn't do what he initially said he was going to do for my procedure. Now as I am coming for follow-up visits due to the procedure the office is charging me copays when they should be included with the other service. Be sure to ask ahead of time how many follow-up post op visits will be included with the surgery charge. I think they are scamming patients and the insurance company. The office blamed it on the insurance stating they had the limit when in actuality I spoke to insurance and there is no limit set by insurance. The insurance states the limit is set by the doctor himself. You would think they would eat the cost due to the fact that the doctor did not do what he said he was going to and he ultimately caused my problems.The staff there is also very rude and inconsiderate. After I am through with my follow-up visits I will be taking my business elsewhere. My children's surgeon is also in that office (he is great-never had problems) but because of how I have been treated I will also be finding them other doctors.
