I have been under her care and she denied filling out paperwork to even show what I've had done or my treatment plan for my employer. This is after I was told to bring it in and I paid the fee to have their office fill it out. I believe it's because I took the non surgery treatment plan to start with. I feel like she made the money she needed to with biopsies labs and ultrasounds so no need to help me with my issues anymore.

She does not listen to the client. She had recommended a surgery and I decided to give myself some time to try a natural approach. When needing to be retested she denied the request and was very persistent to getting surgery. Very incentive and will not be returning to this office! Listen to your clients instead of just saying “you have to have surgery.”

Their cut off for late patients is 15 minutes, understandable. I work in healthcare, I get it. I left work as early as I could and called saying I was running about 5 minutes late. Then I couldn’t find their clinic (my first time to the LS office) and ended up being 14 minutes late. And they wouldn’t see me. “Being centered on patient care and having the 15 minute cut off” is a complete lie. Waste of my time. Had to get other tests to have a procedure today but since it’s a Friday the doctor decided to take an early weekend. Front desk girl was also incredibly rude and condescending. Would not recommend. Save a trip, go elsewhere
