Just had a procedure done with Dr and staff at the Belton outpatient facility. Small hiccup with scheduling but overall a perfect experience My nurse Tracey, my Anesthesiologist Dr Gochee, Rachel and Chelsea all perfect. The procedure was to deal with turbinates and throat stones. I am a 5 star supporter of this group. I feel great and thought I’d feel horrible. That’s what they told me. I’d be in horrible pain and have to have help for days. I don’t. I feel great, no swelling on my face no issues other than the expected for drainage. I recommend this group for ENT concerns.

Blowing off and passing on a seriously ill patient that was told to call him when the illness flared up again because you were busy caused real pain and sorrow in her family members.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Dr Peter Gochee is my brother, I requested a consultation with him for my granddaughter (his great niece) who has major auditory issues and a plethora of other health concerns. Dr Peter Gochee got on the phone while I was on hold telling me to never call his office again or he’d file a restraining order on me. I love Dr Gochee. He takes time to explain and answer your questions. He cares about his work and his patients. He did my surgery which could have left me deaf in one ear. He took the extra hours to cut the cycst around my ear canal and saved my hearing. I am forever grateful. He really is an awesome Dr. I have had nothing but great interactions with Dr. Gochee. I went to Dr. Gochee due to a 6 week sore throat. He determined my problem within minutes. He shared his concern with me and started treatment immediately immediately. He looked me in the eye and explained what he was doing and what to expect with continued treatment. His communication skills are excellent! He included me in the decision making for my care. I trust him!

Dr. Gochee is the best doctor I have ever been to. I have been to a variety of specialists for many different reasons. He is such a nice person and eases your concerns and fears. He treats people very well. He is a great surgeon and a wonderful person!
