Ray Rizzi's Online Review Report Card

Dr. RIZZI is the best. He cares about his work like no other Dr. I've ever been too an I'm 60. He is polite an friendly, I believe he is the best or atleast he ranks as one of the best at what he does. He truly cares about the job he is doing, cause he is darn good at it. Communication between him an his patience is comforting. Explaining any procedure that is going to be done an making sure you have no questions. I can absolutely say that I trust this Dr. As if it was his OWN ankle or foot he was treating. I'm sure he has repaired more serious situations , but my ankle was broke in several places, but with his patience an extreme trust in what he does, Dr. Rizzi put my ankle back together. My accident happened in July an it's been a long process but considering the circumstances Dr. Rizzi did an amazing job. I highly recommend a Dr. Who is confident in what he does.

I highly recommend Dr Rizzi I had surgical procedures on diabetic feet, I always knew the procedure what he was doing why he was doing it he explains everything he does fast recovery his bedside manner he takes care from beginning to end he’s very professional very nice a funny man makes you feel secure about what he’s going to do and he helped me to be able to walk without pain and his follow-up care is very good I had A very positive experience with Dr Rizzi highly recommend

Would highly recommend him! He listened to all my questions and explained everything to me in simple terms. He said to call him at any time and he would answer any questions for me. I did and he responded in a timely fashion. I recommended him to friends and they were happy with him as well. I have never met a Doctor so available to his patients. No need to keep looking for another doctor you will not regret seeing him.

Dr. Rizzi treated my ankle injury. He was very prompt about getting me scheduled for an X-ray and answered all my questions professionally and was very patient with me. He was very kind and was wonderful with follow up after treatment. I felt like I was in good hands and was healed quickly.

Dr. Rizzi took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my injury and made sure I understood every possible outcome, assuring me that the injury would heal just fine. During our multiple visits he was very interested in how I was doing and made sure I was comfortable walking as I continued to heal. Thank you Dr. Rizzi for being extremely kind and genuinely caring about your patients and their wellbeing. I am eternally grateful!

A number of reviewers have positive comments about their experience with Dr. Rizzi, so it has been very surprising that our experience with him has been very negative. He is very arrogant and dismissive. So rude when we tried to ask questions about future wound care practice. We asked about aspects of the surgery and he wouldnt release information or would question why we wanted to know certain details. He spent very little time with us, didnt examine the surgical site very well (he mostly just seemed pleased with his work from a photo the nurse took), and was very defensive about answering questions. I wish we could see another doctor at this point.

I am currently under treatment for bunion correction surgery. Dr Rizzi has been one best Dr’s I have ever had. His compassion for his patients is very evident. He is always willing to listen to my questions/concerns. I never felt rushed during my appointments. Surgery is hard for patients both mentally and physically. I always left my appointments reassured my recovery was on tract. I highly recommend him!

As a tennis player with Morton's Neuroma, I was eager to find long-term relief and get back on the courts. Dr. Rizzi took great care of me and I highly recommend him.

I had a 5th metatarsal displaced fracture in 2018. Dr. Rizzi did an amazing job with a tough break position. He tells it like it is. I highly recommend him. Don't be afraid to ask questions or for clarification. He's a nice guy too.
