Would give 0 stars if I could. I tried to kill myself and was referred to them for therapy. I got given a drug counselor instead of a therapist because I tested positive for MARIJUANA in my system. My “drug counselor” showed up with 5 minutes remaining in our 3rd appointment and I never got the option to reschedule or schedule a new appointment. If you genuinely don’t want to kill your self I would recommend seeking therapy somewhere else. I never once received the services I needed.

I only gave a few stars because Athena is the best ! She actually cares and listens to you and definitely makes you feel comfortable while talking to her. As for the rest of team I could just give zero stars if I could They really don’t care and listen to you. you could tell them your dying and the only thing you will be asked is did you take your meds.. the psych team is a joke there they told me I couldn’t see my psychiatrist without the nurse practitioner approval I have never in my life heard I had to be approved to talk to my psychiatrist or make an appointment with one ! I feel forced to take meds that definitely are not working and also making me sick every single morning and told to just take Zofran to stop the nausea with it I do not want to take another medication on top of another medication because my body is rejecting it do that not tell you that medication is not meant for my body ! I do not even write reviews and I’m being so kind by leaving names out because the care team is a joke besides the one I mentioned above I am currently going else where for psych services I will not trust a place like rediscover med team to prescribe me anything again you are suppose to listen to your patients and actually care so you can truly know what it is they need it really is that simple !🤷🏾♀️

Dr. Khan is arrogant and dismissive and you will get NO backing from your treatment "team". My treatment plan was drastically changed behind my back based on a 10 minute conversation with him. He changed treatment that was keeping me stable and had the arrogance to think that his way is better than what my regular med managment provider has been doing up to now FOR MONTHS. The program itself is a joke. People aren't interested in actually listening, just moving you like cattle through various groups all day. Unless you like sitting in hard chairs in one room all day from 9 to 3, and dealing with a doctor who will NOT work with you....There are other PHP choices in town, I'd suggest looking into one of those.

I REALLY WISH THEIR CATCHMENT AREA EXTENDED TO INDEPENDENCE. I AM A FORMER CLIENT AND I HAVE TO SAY THAT THE CASE MANAGER I HAD WAS PHENOMENAL. VERY DEPENDABLE AND HELPFUL. WISH I COULD GIVE MORE STARS.
