Dr. Haile is a great doctor. I appreciate his attention to detail, and his willingness to answer any and all questions I have regarding my health issues. I have been seeing him regularly since 2012, and I have moved away and back since then - and went right back to him. And now, I currently have to drive over an hour to see him - but its worth it. And being that he knows I'm so far away, I can call in to get answers to questions I have if I'm between appointments, and he's quick with an answer. If you're looking for a doctor that is attentive, caring, listening, personable, and who will do whatever he can to help you, this is the doctor for you!

Dr Haile is a very good doctor. He listens and tries to understand what is going on with you before prescribing meds and hoping for the best.

I have never been one that likes going to the doctor. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Hail for 2 years now and he is one of the nicest and friendliest people have ever met. Him and his staff always make my visit a really enjoyable time. I would recommend Dr Hail and his staff to anyone and everyone.

I have been seeing Dr. Haile for over 10 years now. I typically see him only once a year for my annual physical and appreciate his attention to detail and his jovial mood. When I was looking for a doctor many years ago I noted that he was a veteran, as I am. That sold me on him from the start and I hhave never been disappointed.

failed to set up screenings for health problems and numerous other things. Failed to bill insurance correctly. Most incompetent nurse on his staff I have ever seen. Have since found a new doctor.

When there is an emergency is the moment you find out how good your medical team is. During my emergency that did extremely poorly. It seems this practice has a policy of no on-call doctor if your personal physician is not available. THey simply recommend that you go to the emergency room --which of course is why our emergency rooms are so expensive and crowded. Very Very unhappy with this practice and of course with the physician,

Very patient. Listens VERY carefully. My husband, disabled veteran, has complex medical issues and one very rare condition, and Dr Haile is the ONLY doctor we found in the Kansas City area who knew about the condition without us having to explain it. He explains the pros and cons of different medications and therapies, and he consistently asks patients which option they want to try/use first. He authorizes treatment per patient choices unless there are no choices.
