Online Reviews Breakdown
List of Wendy Parsons's Reviews
Dr. Parsons is kind, respectful of my time and very professional. She is eager to get vision problems solved and is not at all hesitant to send patients to a specialist if needed. She's very good at following up. Care there is about the patient's health, not the DR's ego. Both of my parents are now patients also. I recommend this office often.
Dr. Parsons is fantastic! She is very thorough and caring. The office staff is wonderful!
Dr. Parsons was the only eye dr to correctly identify my daughters eye problem. I've seen several other eye doctors, but she was the only one able to help my child! Dr Parsons and her staff are great with kids too!
Dr. Parsons and her staff are very knowledgeable! She takes the time to talk to you and answer all of your questions.
Staff is wonderful and Dr wendy does a great job
This optometrist wasted my time by giving me an eye test when she knew she did not have the medical knowledge to treat my serious eye problem. I told them on the phone what my problem was and they took me as a patient knowing they could do nothing for me. Just wasted my time and money. Avoid this office if you have serious eye problems.
Dr. Parsons is a pleasant enough person, but either doesn't pay attention or communicate with the patients very well. I had seen her for a couple years, but decided to find another doctor. On the first visit the the other optometrist, he instantly recognized a cataract caused by physical trauma, and told me about it. In 6+ visits to Dr. Parsons, she never mentioned that. I can't help but think that if she didn't recognize a cataract, especially in someone as young as myself (22), how much attention is she actually paying to her patients. I would recommend at least getting a second opinion from another doctor and not relying solely on her to tell you the whole story.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
