Dr harold is best doctor in Kansas city, very caring and calm ,takes time to listen to your problems and issues has helped me a bunch, I would highly recommend him for family or personal doctor!

I met Dr Harold by default after Dr Swords left. I needed a prescription and I didn't care who filled it. I was rude as hell to him yet he was as kind as can be to me. I have been using him ever since. I have always had female Drs but after seeing him I stayed. All was well UNTIL today. I had an issue with a prescription and the ins co. I phoned the nurse Leslie yesterday and she said she would take care of it. I went to the pharmacy this afternoon and nothing had changed. I called Leslie and very rudely told me "It takes an hour on the phone". She said she would try to fix it today. Mind you this has been pending since Friday (it's Tuesday). I then phoned the Ins Co and in less than 3 minutes I had the answer I needed. All they wanted was an authorization from a Dr. (needed once a year). It's not my fault that Leslie occasionally has to work. I really like Liberty Clinic and especially Dr Harold, however Leslie should never speak to patient like she did.

Seems like a smart guy, but acted like I was making up my illness on multiple occasions. He has a terrible bed side manor. I can say he has never properly treated me 3 out of the 3 times I have seen him. Definitelywill be trying a new doc. Hope this helps anyone looking for a doc that cares.
