Dr.Patel is great. Truly cares about patients. He is very relatable.

Can’t say enough good things. Dr Patel takes his time, is thorough with his questions and genuinely listens to what you say. I never feel rushed at an appointment, and I always walk away with a plan of action.

Dr. Patel initially did a wonderful, thorough job working with my mother at her first visit, and ended up decreasing one of her medications. When she decreased the medication, she started having problems similar to before being on any meds, so they had her come back to recheck her labs a second time. When the nurse called her back with the lab results again, they simply said they were low and she needed to see an endocrinologist, but could not answer any of our questions. Later that day, the office called her again and placed the blame (and the reason for decreasing the med) on my mom's prior practitioner, rather than explain the test results. We agree that her prior doctor had messed up, but she was clearly not doing well with the dose reduction of medication and they didn't take the time to explain the results. We really expected more from them after such a good initial visit she had.

Not only did I consider his demeanor during my visit to be extremely rude and unprofessional, I honestly can look back and describe it as traumatic. Upon my first and only visit, he made assumptions about me and demeaned me for my personal health awareness that my body does not tolerate the flu vaccination. That enraged him. Such a response is not professinal or ethical.

Awesome Doc. I followed him to Liberty from Lee's Summit. I would go further if I had to. He is very personable. Asks many pertinent questions about my problem and then explains the treatment completely.o I never feel rushed or confused. He has corrected every situation I have brought to his attention.He often calls me directly to discuss test results. He always encourages me to call him directly if I have any questions.I could not have more confidence on a doctor. I feel very lucky to have met him and willrecomend him to anyone needing a great physician.

Not a good doctor not even a nice doctor. Staff also very unfriendly and of no help at all. Pick any other doctor and you'll be happier.

Do yourself a favor and pick ANY other doctor. This scam artist will require you to pay for an office visit just to get your prescriptions(from him) transferred to home delivery. I guess he needs more office visit money from your insurance to keep the lights on, just guessing. He also changed all my wife's prescriptions and then moved offices so now we are dealing with trying to get that straightened out. Best to avoid this clown and find a real MD.

My husband and I were new patients of Dr. Patel. When we verbalized our choices regarding resuscitation status we felt judged by Dr. Patel. Although he is a smart man it is not his place to try and change our minds regarding our end of life choices. We have since switched doctors in the HCA system and are very pleased with our new care provider.

Dr. Patel is an amazing physician with the best bedside manner ever. He is super personable which makes things a lot easier. When Dr. Patel left his clinic in Lees Summit to go to Liberty, I followed behind him. He's just that good of a doctor. Not many doctors ask about how your kids are doing unless they treat your kids. Not Dr. Patel! He's always seeing how I'm doing and how many family is doing. I've even gotten a phone call from him to check up on me before. I also needed emergency hydration once while my spouse was having a baby. Instead of waiting in the ED for treatment, Patel walked down to an infusion clinic and made sure they could get me in quickly so I could get back to my spouse having a baby. Tell me that's not great patient experience! This man is the best doctor I've had.
