Lacks knowledge! I have never wanted to just stand up and walk out of a doctors office before and that is exactly how I felt. She actually told me that the reason I had a rash is because I put Benadryl on rash. Um what?! She also said there was no test for peanut allergies and that adults don't develop allergies. Also, if I did have a peanut allergy that I would be in the emergency room. Went to a real Allergist who has confirmed my adult allergy to peanuts.

The crew is rude, poorly run and full of themselves and do not consider others needs. I would consider finding another allergist.

I started seeing Dr. Waterhouse after an ENT told me I either needed nasal surgery or allergy shots. She's been giving me allergy shots for years no and I've had no more issues with my sinuses. She is professional and friendly.

Dr. Kim Waterhouse, and her staff provided exceptional care. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for an Allergist/Immunologist.

Horrible doctor!! Went in with severe hives and her response was " 25% of the population get hives, it's normal" she didn't do any labs or tests of any kind. Went to a different doctor and found out it was hives due to Lupus.

I've been seeing Dr. Waterhouse for a couple of years. I was surprised by the mixed reviews. I think she is great. Her personality is to the point but she always answers any questions I have. 🤷♂️

Worst personality of any physician I have ever met...and, I worked in health care for 35 yrs. Flat affect, zero communication skills. Visit another provider.

Dr. Waterhouse was extremely pleasant, professional, thorough, and patient. She was a great listener and provided a clear assessment and treatment plan. Most importantly as a new patient her RN as well as herself established an immediate positive and inviting rapport. I would definitely recommend her to others.

She is very rude. Does not have a good bedside manner, and lacks communication skills. Staff reflects her attitude. After going thru the allergy testing, I had a spot that didn’t react until later that night. We counted the injections and circled the reacted one. Called her office the next day, and basically ok. Didn’t offer to assist, and to this day, I have no idea what I was allergic to. Not good at follow-up on tests performed; does not talk to patient with important blood results.... has her staff call with results, if you have questions... they can’t and won’t help you. Very poor communication skills.
