I went to Urgent care after a car accident. I was experiencing some back soreness and wanted to get it checked out. The staff is very professional and I felt that I received great care. I would definitely recommend the location on Doughery Ferry.

Professional, courteous staff including the receptionist, EMT's, and Doctor. Very pleased. Cost for 2 prescriptions was only $30.00 and their on-site pharmacy was fast, efficient, and saved me a trip to the drugstore!

When my husband insisted that I be taken to the ER due to breathing issues, I only agreed to go this Urgent Care location. My asthma attack exacerbated by lung scarring was quickly treated with a steroid shot in my behind. Relief was in about 15 minutes. After a negative rapid Covid test and assurance that pneumonia was not present, I was sent home with an rx and instructions to follow up with my pulmonary doctor. Everyone there was professional, prompt and courteous. Thank you.

Dr. Helton and the whole team here were incredibly gracious, professional, and helpful at a time where I needed it most. I was visiting family from out of state and was hit with a very painful medical condition. Everyone was pleasant and I felt very welcome during the time spent at the multiple facilities while during my stay. Additionally, both facilities were very clean.Ultimately, I would recommend everything about this location of TAUC to anyone that would listen. Thank you Dr. Helton and Dr. Amanda (radiology on Manchester road) for taking care of me.
