Dr. Kiehl explained the simple procedure to remove a simple sebaceous cyst in my scalp. It is always a little stressful when someone is going to make a "cut" on your body. Dr. Kiehl numbed the area and before I knew it, the procedure was finished. I hardly felt a thing. He talked to me throughout the time he was working at the top of my head to distract my attention so I would be relaxed. Everything healed just fine. He is a master physician!

Very good doctor. Takes time to talk with you and is a kind person. Does not rush through your visit. As a result, he often runs very late on appointments, expect 1-2 hour wait.
