Cassie the (only) financial intake person is friendly and nice(the negative reviews here seem very odd and must stem from the reviewers own personal issues).She is very very busy being the only person doing the job.The nurses are great and amusing.Dr Waheed is a very cool guy with a good bedside manner.I'm glad we have this place in town.

I made statements to these people regarding my son who desperately needed help and they used them against me in court and while they don’t return calls they fail to give me copies of what I said because it was convenient for them to twist things at my expense!

I have only been with Arthur center 4-5 months and they stink they never answer their phones Case workers therapists nurse practitioners Drs nobody cares about their clients never answer their phones either I want to get completely off my meds and be done with Arthur center and the list go on forever same with crider center now compass health doesn't care about their clients either don't go to these places we're just money in their pockets I don't recommend either compass health and or Arthur center they're both a laugh and a joke ha ha ha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Arthur center has become my family. I can call or come in anytime and they all give me so much support and encouragement. The staff makes sure to remind me of my appointments and sometimes just call to see how I'm doing. The A.C. is my go to place where I feel safe, helped, loved and given hope❤

I love the counselors & so far each doctor that I've seen. Pretty much just hate the fact that they cannot treat you with the proper medications because of everyone who has abused them in the past. They've ruined the whole healing process for everyone else and now your testing out various other meds till you find something that works. I'm not into being a guinea pig for anyone or anything. Need to go back to the old days when they/you knew the illness & the best working/prescribed medications. Things like Covid probably already existed just went by different names and we're easier cured by older medications that actually worked. Hopefully we all get a chance to live happy & healthy again one day...soon.

Scheduled a dentist appointment for my absecced tooth. After the dentist looked at every tooth in my mouth, he had no idea of the absecc until i had said something about it. Still after me having to tell him and show him the absecced tooth, he did nothing for me, no antibiotics no nothing.. definitely will not be going back to this place, its very clear they dont know what they're doing and they're only there to take your money.

Wouldn't recommend. I've been trying to get an appointment for 5 months straight for my behavioral health. First appointment I had to wait for months then they cancelled. I had to wait another month. Tried to go to the rescheduled appointment and I checked in. After 30 minutes of waiting the desk secretary told me they cancelled my appointment again earlier that morning without calling, texting, or emailing me, and said they could see me in a month from now. My mental health has been really rough and I've been needing help for months now. These appointments we're keeping me motivated, And I've been let down multiple times. I am not going back ever again. I've been going here on and off for years now and never been satisfied.
