I had a wonderful Dr at BBH for 10 plus years. Dr Armando Favazza. Then he left and we began having rollover Drs. These Drs are dirty. Underhanded and disrespectful. I was diagnosed by Favazza to have sleep narcolepsy. Yet Dr Blount caught me off guard and prescribed me seroquel for sleep. 600mgs for some one who already sleeps more than I live real life. Add to that 6 Xanax a day and 3 drawers of meds for side effects the seroquel was causing me and it's only a mere glimpse into the zombie these horrible sick ppl caused me. They lie. In person and on paper. Please never trust these ppl. They dropped me as a patient as I had a pancreas attack caused by the seroquel siting I missed an appt. These ppl destroy lives. They are sicker than the ppl they treat. My hope is to save some ppl. They do not care about you. I promise you that.

I like the staff. They're all polite and helpful. If you need an appointment they do their best to get you seen asap.

I do not recommend them. I can NEVER get a hold of anyone. Its been weeks and I have not gotten a call back after multiple voice mails. Didn't get a call until almost a week after my last appointment to begin with. Wish I could day it was even phone tag, but it was one message with a number and ever since then I can't get a hold of them. My work performance is suffering due to this.

They wasted an hour of time just to tell me they can’t take me because none of their staff are right fit for me because of my case. Don’t make an appointment for the client or waste time if they are on busy schedule. You guy need someone in person not only for cameras! I do not recommend this place.

Horrible customer service. Called the office and the woman that answered acted like just answering the phone was a burden, she then goes on to ask me what I want or what do I think I can get from their service she asked this very snidely then interrupted me in a condescending manner saying "our services aren't free". Wouldn't take a dog there for that kind of treatment.

They agreed to meet with my daughter to help with some issues but at the last minute, without so much as a phone call, decided they weren't going to take on her case. If you can't/won't take on a new client, say that. If you agree to take the client, at least see the child before saying that you can't help. 0/5 stars should be an option .
