Allison Ann Heider's Online Review Report Card

Very Very Poor service ! They never call u back when you need them . I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone.

I have been with Dr. Heider since she was at the office on Cleveland. Me and my boyfriend loved her. But every since she is at the new clinic you can never get in to see her, they are always trying to get you to see a pcp instead. I wouldn't pay 1 nickel to see the pcp (Becky) she is worthless. I was very sick last week, I am a heart patient and I have other underline conditions. We called several times and was trying to get in to see Dr. Heider after Becky telling me that she would consult with Dr Heider and she would call me back, I had 2 emergency room visits and 1 urgent care visit and I still hadn't heard anything from anyone. My husband took me into the clinic very sick and was told Dr. heider could not see me. At one time Dr.heider had told us that if either of us were very sick to come into the office and demand to see her, and they would work us in. Becky seen how very sick I was and never offered to get me any help. I am so disappointed in how I was treated as a patient. My husband got very upset, and when I finally got in to see Dr Heider on Friday, 8 days later. Dr Heider instructs us that she has dropped patients for rude in the office, I don't know what Becky told Dr.Heider. but I can promise we were trying to seek help! Since we had no answer for why I was so sick! I wish that I knew Becky last name because I would take to the chief of staff. I am finding a new Doctor.

I called because I am sick. Nothing available with my doctor or nurse practitioner until November. Ridiculous. I think this "super clinic" is a super disappointment"

Was literally near death from a leaky mitral valve ( blood was running up my neck) and congestive heart failure, heart rate so high was told by Cox South in Springfield I was very fortunate that I didn’t have a stroke. Her diagnosis…. I just needed to do yoga! If I would have kept going to her I whole heartedly believe I would be dead. She is a horrible dr. Run don’t walk away from her. And by the way she doesn’t deserve ONE star.

We love Dr. Heider. The front office staff is rude and not helpful or considerate. Better service when they were at the previous locaton on Cleveland

I called on Monday with a UTI. Had many before and knew the symptoms. Was told to that I had to come in Tuesday for a UA lab. Got the lab done on Tues AM. Never heard a word from this office. Called on Wed. Was told UA showed negative-no infection. Was told it " might be bladder spasms caused by caffeine". Then on Friday, received a call from Dr. Heider's office stating "Oh, your UA did show infection". 4 DAYS IN PAIN with misinformation and no help from Dr. Heider's office. NOT ACCEPTABLE CARE!!!!!

I think Dr Heider is an excellent physician. She spends adequate time to listen and develops a plan. Sometimes, that includes referring you to a specialist. That is just good doctoring in my opinion.
