I have received excellent care from Dr. Saggar as well as all of the staff members at the STL Downtown Urgent Care location on multiple occasions throughout the years. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Tried the urgent care, loved the quality care,then decided to try primary care services and was so impressed with the level of care and concern, never feel rushed ,always very personal ,professional and complete care for me and my families overall health.

Dr. Saggar seems knowledgeable enough. His office staff is completely incompetent. My first visit after having my blood drawn, they lost the sample. I ended up staying an extra 45 minutes while they searched for it. My 3rd visit was on a Wednesday. I had a confirmation call from Dr. Saggar's office on Monday. I show up to his downtown office to find that he is scheduled to be in the Creve Coeur location. I get there and find they never made an appointment for me and Dr. Saggar was not there.

Run from this doctor. Unless you have a cut or emergency, this is not the doctor you want. Idiot staff. Nurse practitioners run this office. Saggar wants telemedicine meaning he's too busy to see patients. Did I mention rude impertinent idiot staff? I'd like to give it zero stars but unable. RUN DON'T WALK!

Doctor Sonny stays in personal touch with me. It is like having a buddy who is a doctor that you can reach out to at anytime. It is super helpful that he runs a clinic so it is super easy to get a last minute appt.

Dr. Saggar is a great doctor. He is a good listener, and takes time for a thorough examination before making a diagnosis. However, his staff is extremely rude and disorganized. In 7 months, I had 6 prescriptions written incorrectly (his staff writing them, and not thoroughly checked before signing by Dr.Saggar). When taking my blood, the nurse did not wear gloves and went through my vein. Once you get to Dr.Saggar he will take good care of you, but too much is left in the hands of his incompetent staff. There is little to no communication, and working with them is a huge hassle. I hope that one day Dr.Saggar will find a way to properly train his employees so they can also offer excellent care to his patients. In the meantime, I have switched doctors.
