I moved to Neosho a year ago and was very nervous about finding a new pcp. I am so very happy to have found Dr. Smith. Dr. Smith is a great physician. He is knowledgeable and caring. I would 100% recommend Dr. Smith.

I am another healthcare provider. I have left 2 messages with Mercy, so that I can collaborate with Dr. Smith in regards to a mutual patient. He, nor his staff, have returned my messages. He is probably overbooked with patients, and Mercy's message line lacks effectiveness. None the less, we have a patient that is being underserved.

Dr. Brian Smith is a very good Dr. and man. He listens to me and together we make the decisions that work best for me and my preventative health issues. I'm blessed to be healthy at this time. I was a bit apprehensive at first because, I had my previous Dr. for 7 years and because he seemed so young. But after the 2nd visit I knew he was a good choice for me. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

During the pandemic I needed to find a doctor that I could rely on to give me prompt, CDC/FDA approved treatment in case I developed Covid. I have an immuno compromised diagnosis. Dr Smith shrugged off Covid, acting as if it was merely an inconvenience or maybe even a fabrication. I felt that he would not give me prompt, CDC/FDA approved treatment if I contracted Covid. Unfortunately, his attitude caused me to wonder what medical information he relies on ...youtube videos, twitter posts, extremist political theories? I immediately found another doctor who believes in the science and research done by highly respected (government backed) professionals worldwide.

Love Dr Smith. He listens to everything, and takes as much time is needed. I have never left there feeling rushed. Would highly recommend.

Wouldn't recommend him to anyone. Blames every sickness on flu and seem surprised when it doesn't get better. I told him I had urination issues and the only exam he did was barely put his stethoscope on my chest and back. He doesn't listen to his patients and we have suffered for it. Staff is unprofessional and doesn't communicate with each other. Beware and find a real doctor.
