We have been patients for about 3 years and have been very pleased with the services available. The staff is caring and works hard to get prescription problems with insurance resolved. The only negative about the practice is the fact that they are closed on Fridays and patience must plan accordingly. They are excellent with individuals with developmental disabilities and are an asset to our family's health and well being. Due to having several persons with disabilities in our family, they knew we would want the covid vaccine as soon as possible, and they worked with us to make sure that we could get vaccinated in a timely manner. If you want a doctor that will push agendas, then this is the wrong one. If you want a doctor that will listen to you and offer you options, then this is the place to come for information and guidance.

Dr Pendergrass has been my family doctor since I was a teenager. He is very knowledgeable and doesn't try to just give you medication, he figures out why you have the issue in the first place. I have used his NP's as well and they are all friendly and knowledgeable as well. Highly recommend this office!

This is a clinic of nurse practitioners. They just follow algorithms rather than critical thinking potential diagnoses. They are friendly but low quality healthcare and only being able to provide the simplest of services which is what nurse practitioners do. My family member had a life threatening pulmonary blood clot, and they just dismissed him with asthma. He had to go to the ICU and Dr. Pendergrass' office was his first stop. They missed this and almost cost him his life.

Horrible service all the way from the hateful women who work behind the counter to experience with the Doc and his PA. The doc is an obvious science denier who does not believe masks are the way to prevent the spread of disease. Every time I have called to make an appt with him, he is NEVER available so I am pawned off to his assistants. While they are nice, they are not as knowledgeable as a doc and it shows in their missed diagnosis and incorrect prescriptions. Recently had one of the "ladies" behind the counter call and LIE to me about what a diagnostic report stated. I suggest you avoid at ALL costs as the cost may be your life.

These people are so rude! Even the front office! Moved my parents to a new doctor because the whole office has a nasty attitude.

Not even one star. Small minded and only thinks within the box. Very disappointing experience. If you want to be involved in your care and decisions, without being shamed, this DO is not the man. Doesn’t even ask how you are or do any evaluation physically. Cuts you off and doesn’t listen.

Typically I only got to see his PA. She's horrible. She doesn't listen and has a condescending attitude. Between her and Dr. Pendergrass' billing staff, they can't seem to get the correct codes on the billing to the insurance company and therefore my insurance refuses to pay. I was rudely put on hold mid-sentence during one attempt to straighten out their mistake. Six months of trying to straighten out their error, and I'm giving up. I'm going elsewhere for my medical needs.

Horrible.. each and every visit my health suffered greatly during the time I was under the care of Penderdras and his nurse practitioner - Pendergras hollered at me that I had nothing wrong with me..got a new doc , finally getting the medical care I need. Have documentation of the serious issues that have plagued me!!
