Husband had a bad eye injury, we went to urgent care first and was sent to Dr. Jones, last minute, he got us right in and helped with the pain, the whole staff was very attentive and we were in and out in less than an hour. Thank you Dr. Jones😊 they also called before closing that day to check on him, we are very grateful 🙏

The last few times I have visited Dr Jones, he was in a hurry and he wasn't patient enough to listen to my concerns post eyes surgeries.

I have been to Dr. jones twice and my experience was great. I had an appointment today and after waiting 15 minutes over my scheduled appointment I went to the front dest to let them know. After another few minutes the receptionist came back and told me they didn't have a room as one went down. There was absolutely no previous communication and no indication as to how long I was going to wait. When I told them to cancel they both got rude. I won't be going back.
