Dr Baird is the Only doctor that helped my husband and pretty much saved his life! He took great care in his treatment plan and made sure that he followed through! He is the ONLY doctor that my husband will listen to because he was straight forward and to the point, explaining why and what my husband is dealing with.

Dr. Baird reviewed my chart and then proceeded to humiliate me. He talked to me like I was scum. He didn't ask questions or give me advice about my next steps, he simply flipped through my chart and went into a trance-like spcheel about how non-compliant I was with previous treatment. He ended his rant with "I don't know what you want us to do for you!?" I stood up and said "Thank you" and walked out, leaving the clinic and contacting the clinical manager, Brian Casey.

I love Dr. Baird!!! He has NEVER been late to my appt. by more tgan 15 min. If he is , its because hes very busy with other patients... He does work at an "Urgent Care Clinic". My family loves his intelligence and his compassion for my well being. I have nothing ever to say negative about him or his staff. He Lezlie ant Tonia are all angels! His new nurse is a Donna is wonderful too. Any onethat could ever speak bad about any of them is a nut! If he came across rude to a patient, they probably deserved it.

my daughter and I were treated so poorly by this man, it's difficult to get over the shock of it. He didn't ask 1 question, did not listen to our situation, was verbally abusive, rude, disrespectful, and treated us like drug addicts. This physician should not be practicing medicine. Without question, he violated the medical ethics code of conduct. In fact I don't think the man had ever read it and needs to be psychologically evaluated.

He was extremely rude, and treated my daughter and I like drug addicts, and didn't even consider our request or do any kind of evaluation of my daughters needs. The fact that he wouldn't write her a prescription for medication that she does need, is really irrelevant, it's the way he treated us that was reprehensible. I've never had any person in the medical field treat me so disrespectfully. It was the most degrading experiences I've ever had. And the look on my daughters face just made me cry

Hateful man, dismissive, condescending and disrespectful. We found him to be the perfect example of how not to treat a patient. He should have his license revoked. I have seen many medical professionals in my 51 years of life, yet this is the only physician whose practice I left in tears because of the way I was treated
