I have seen Dr. Keller for 5 years. She talks to me like a friend and puts me at ease. She is thorough at in person appointments and prompt at responding to me through MyMercy when I have a non urgent question. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Keller requires in person blood lab visit in order to renew generic blood pressure and cholesterol prescriptions during COVID pandemic, putting patient at unnecessary risk.

I've only seen Dr. Keller for one visit so far, but I can already tell I love her! She was very thorough and I felt like she truly listened to my concerns. Her PA, Angie, was fantastic as well. They were both very kind, knowledgeable, and seemed very genuine. As with any doctor's office, my appointment started about 10-15 minutes late. The quality of care I received was well worth the extra time!

I understand the nature of healthcare and that most physicians need to be efficient with time however I have never felt so rushed with a doctor in my life. She rushes me and doesn’t seem to listen to my concerns. She comes off very dismissive and seems to want to rush through appointments as quickly as possible. I went back three times before she finally addressed my medical issue instead of minimizing it. Also she had a medical assistant in the room during my exam to type her notes which was uncomfortable but I wasn’t given a choice.

I really like having Dr. Keller for my primary care doctor. I also think her PA is great. I generally do not wait long at all to be seen after arriving for appointments. Occasionally the visits do feel a bit rushed, but in general and with my last visit in particular, I feel that all my questions/concerns get addressed during my appointment and she takes time to give me explanations along with her recommendations.

She's phenomenal and treats you with respect when speaking to you. She communicates well and responds to emails promptly. She has been the best family doctor we have ever had. Myself, my husband and son are her patients.

Dr. Keller is a fantastic doctor. She listens to your concerns, gives guidance, offers options on treatments or ways you could improve your health, does not order tests that are unnecessary. Her P.A (Physicians Assistant) is wonderful, too. There are times when I am waiting in an exam room for 15-20 minutes past my appointment time, but if I were the one she had to spend a few extra minutes with to deliver quality care, I would be grateful that she was thorough! God forbid, but one day that patient could be me who needs a little more of her time.
