I highly recommend them for physical therapy. Aaron is great. He is very professional and spends lots of one on one time to really listen, evaluate my situation, and work through the treatment with me. He provided many useful exercises and suggestions to help with my recovery. Beth at the front desk is so pleasant and welcoming each day. It is a very positive environment.

I've been a long time customer of this location for years. And a long time of customer of Athletico in general for even longer. The therapy is fantastic and the office usually is also. My issue is with the billing - long story short I was told I was approved for 100 visits, but my last 4 were not covered. When I questioned Athletico I was told the visits were applied to my deductible. After verifying with my insurance company this was not the case, my insurance company said I exceed the number of visits allowed under my plan When calling Athletico to tell them what my insurance company told me, Athletico said they only check the number of visits / approval as a courtesy, that ultimately it's up to me to know how many visits I can have, and that I was responsible for the full bill, not just my copay. When I suggested to the billing lead with that logic before every visit, every patient should ask for verification by the front desk that the visit is covered, Athletico billing said again they check only as a courtesy. When I asked to have them send me the approval verification they initially got that said I was approved for 100 visits, the lead said her manager told her that documentation is only for internal use only and that I could not have a copy of it. So bottom line, just because you are told a visit is covered, make sure you check your self. Each and every time. Because like the Seinfled episode goes....they can take the reservation; they just can;t hold the reservation. Or in Athletico's case, they can check and say your approved, but if they are wrong, they don't take responsibility. 7/15 - I'm happy to report all has been resolved by the manager of the clinic as well as other local management

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I've been here twice for myself and once for my daughter and I would recommend them to anyone in need of PT.

My son has a very busy schedule and they have been great about doing their best to accommodate us with the times we need, as well as making last minute changes. All of the staff has been very friendly. Brent has also been very thorough in working with my son and keeping me in the loop with how he is doing.

Brett and his team at Athletico O'Fallon North are the best! They listen and truly care about getting their patients back to their best mobility and pain-free! I always recommend family and friends to this location. Very friendly and upbeat team!!
