Dr Joyce, her staff & any partners we’ve ever seen are all amazing. Kind, respectful, knowledgeable & patient. They take time & find answers when you need them.

This place does nothing to help with covid testing or seeing sick child. They just seem to want to put you off on their urgent care. The awesome thing is no Mercy urgent cares are open near you. Thanks for really caring about the kids.

Doctor Heather Joyce is personable, kind and gets straight to the point which I can appreciate. As a first time mom she has made me feel at ease and calm during times of stress. Every recommendation she has made has been spot on every time and I couldn’t be more trusting of her with my child’s health.

Dr. Heather Joyce hands down the best pediatrician in St. Charles County and beyond! You will not find another physician who cares and truly goes above and beyond for her patients! From everything to assisting with getting me through the trials of raising a 2 yr old to a 7yr old with chronic strep she is always there to answer every question I have! She has been incredibly supportive with my youngest as we battled Ortho issues at a very young age! It’s hard to find a pediatrician who is not only knowledgeable but willing to spend the time with each patient to share that knowledge!

Dr. Joyce is simply amazing! She takes as much time as I need to making sure I understand everything, doesn't make me feel rushed. She is very helpful when it comes to breastfeeding support as well. I cant thank Dr. Joyce for everything so far.

Dr Heather Joyce is amazing!! She has been so helpful and a great resource for me over the last 5 years from breastfeeding, to sickness, to parenting and kids behavior issues! My 5 yr old daughter was born with a rare liver disease and because Dr Joyce knew what to look for and what to do, she helped get my daughter the care she needed from day one! She worked really close with our care to get her healthy and she helped me, as a first time parent, to keep it all together!! I don't know what we would do without her!!

Dr. Joyce is AMAZING! She is very knowledgeable and willing to educate. She is very compassionate towards her patients and families. She takes great care of the entire family from the get go making sure that new moms are feeling well and taking care of themselves also. She is great with breast feeding support and very good at helping with any feeding issues. She is also very comfortable with procedures because of her ER background. I would highly recommend her! She is the best!! :)

The office itself was great and clean. It was easy and quick to get an appointment or to reach out to someone but it became very clear early on that Dr. Joyce was a cookie cutter, run of the mill doctor with no real concern for her patient’s individual concerns or needs. If you need a basic doctor who will measure and weigh your child and then order a nurse to give vaccines to your young child, Dr. Heather Joyce is your choice! As far as cookie cutter doctors go, I’d recommend their office. It was easy to get an appointment and easy to get sick appointments. If you desire a doctor that is knowledgeable about current health topics, parenting issues and child development I’d suggest continuing your search. I hope my review helps and I wish all those reading these reviews and researching local doctors many blessings in their search for a good doctor for their children!

She is one of my favorite doctors in general but is the absolute best pediatrician! She is a Mom so she understands your concerns and will spend as much time as needed with you/your child. I live in Wright City and gladly make the drive to O’Fallon to visit her office. I trust what she says and I always feel assured that my children have received proper care.

Not only is Dr. Joyce kind and compassionate, she is also an incredible resource for parents. She takes the time to educate her patients (and parents) in all areas of raising a healthy child. It is refreshing to have a pediatrician who takes such an interactive approach to caring for her patients. We wouldn't take our son anywhere else!
