Laser hair removal is a great selfinvestment. The pain is only in an instant as the procedure is being done. I am especially pleased with my underarms as the hair shadow is now completely diminished.

Bad customer service before I could even set up an appointment. On the 19th Inquired about a consultation for cool sculpting I received a phone call from a friendly lady who asked me if I had time to talk about setting up a consultation I said yes and was immediately hung up on no big deal because she was friendly and I thought it was possible we could have gotten disconnected.After the call I received several emails asking me when I am available for a virtual consultation which I immediately replied I was available at 10am on October 20th. Within about 10 minutes of replying I got an email confirming my consultation in 5 minutes from then. I got a phone call from someone who was not friendly at all I tried to explain to her that I wasn’t available to set up zoom right then and there and I would be available at 10am on October 20th this lady was not pleased with my answer and the phone went to radio silence. I asked her “is that okay?” And she said “yeah I’ll change it for you to tomorrow at 10am” and again radio silence.. I said “hello? Is there anything else you need from me to get this going?” She said “no” and hung up. I suppose it’s needless to say I never had my consultation today like I was suppose to no one called me and then I receive an email today saying it’s set for October 21st when I am NOT available. Is this the kind of unprofessional work you do here? I will gladly take my business elsewhere I’m not going to jump through hoops to spend my money on a life changing moment.

I have really liked my experience with Ideal Image thus far. They are always on time and very professional. Right now I’m on my 4th laser hair removal treatment and the freedom from shaving is amazing. Such a time saver I was crazy to wait this long to do it. Had I known how great the results would be I would have done this in my 20’s
