Use to love Dr O'Brien when he was with mercy now that he is with BJC good luck getting care when u need it!!

I disagree with a previous writer. I followed Dr. O to his new place and feel his care is still outstanding. The BJC office seems less efficient as far as getting an appointment but it is probably because we are in a pandemic. Plus he lost his team of Bev & Becky. A pox on the house of (No)Mercy for firing the older doctors.

I do not recommend Dr O'Brien's office. Doctors are suppose to care for all their patient no matter the illness. I have never felt so unwelcome at a doctors office in my life until now.

Was not able to get a appointment due to sinus infection Apparently doctors no longer treat this because it could effect other patients. I pay liked everyone else so where is my rights as a patient??

I have seen Dr. OBrien for over 20 yrs, and have been driving almost 30 miles since moving to "God's country" 12 yr ago. As CEO of a small company in the 1990's and more recently as VP of a larger corporation, I feel Mercy's decision to jettison senior employees like Dr. OBrien will only cause them to descend deeper into the abyss. We already moved our boys over to him this year and my company will be re-evaluating our employee healthcare plan for 2022 since so many of us had been seeing Mercy specialists who were let go. We all miss Becky and wish her good health.

I give Dr. O'Brien a 20 out of 10 … He spends time with his patients, is excellent at explaining medical terms and various health issues. He never has rushed me out of the exam room … always made sure that he has covered all of my questions.

Dr. O and nurse Becky really are the best. I liked the old building too because both me and my husband have fallen walking from the Handicapped area since it is so long. At the other place we parkked next to the building and they shoveled the ice.
