This office apparently does not know how to answer the phone or return phone calls. Their message says they will return missed calls that were during business hours that same day and return all other missed call the next business day. I have left multiple messages during business hours and have yet to receive a call back.

Dr Park is a nice man. But It is hard getting back in touch with anyone at the office. I had been waiting over a week to get back in to talk about an surgery. The receptionist was suppose to call me after I got my results from Dr park & I never heard back from anyone. So I called and called the office and always got the voice mail for over a week. Guess it is time to find another dr.

Great experience. To the point and no fuss. Some people may not appreciate that, but I did!

Waste of time. Most was left to his assistant which I couldn't appreciate. I prefer to speak with Dr. privately. His diagnosis was basically non-committal. He gave me vitamins for tinnitis!
