Dr. Glass always knows how to put my needs and concerns first as well as my babies. She is kind, compassionate, and trusting. I wouldn't want any other doctor.

I absolutely adore Dr Glass! She is super knowledgable, patient, and spends as much time as necessary answering every question I had. There is literally no other doctor I would’ve rather had performing my emergency c-section with my daughter. I cannot recommend her and her partners enough!

I’ve delivered with Dr. Glass twice now and feel 100% safe and confident with her!

Pathetic office and attitude. I am moving out from Mercy network. My wife had an appointment with Dr today and we reached 30 mins late. As per their policy I had to re-schedule which I agree and later front desk assistance told after checking with DR that she is no more taking new patient. Really??. This is very bad experience. This kind of Dr can never be our Hero what we are trying to display in social platform. Bye Bye Mercy !!!!!

I’m shocked to see any negative reviews of Dr. Glass. She is so sweet, caring and thorough. She delivered my son last year and I wouldn’t have picked any one else to do that. Really a great doctor in every way.

Dr. Glass and her team were there for me through the struggles with infertility/surgeries/MRIs, the exciting ups and downs of pregnancy, and finally saving my life when I had a rare reaction to medicines giving birth to our son. She was straightforward and compassionate, helping me navigate through it all. I give her and her team all the credit for helping me not give up, getting me my beautiful son, and saving my life to ensure I got to be there for him.

This is the 2nd time my 19 year old daughter has seen Dr Glass. After the first time it was very hard to get her to go back because Dr Glass was very short with her and not understanding or kind to a young teenage girl. But 3 months later my daughter is still experiencing the same issue she went to her for in the first place. I told my daughter to give the Dr a second chance. Well my daughter just returned home in tears. She experienced the same treatment as last time if not worse and the Dr used the same exact way to diagnose her issue which did nothing to resolve it last time. No actual exam or urinalyses given. Just a quick swab and she was done. This was not effective last time. I do not recommend this Dr at all. The fact that she made her patient feel unheard and small is very troublesome.

I had liked this doctor prior to my most recent appointment. She did not read my paperwork fully and see that I had been through sexual trauma. She went through everything quickly and did not speak to me really about anything. She put me on a new birth control without telling me what it was going to be. She told me to get blood tests done downstairs from their office and I was never informed of my results. I’m honestly super disappointed with how this appointment went and will not be back. I do not think she has the time to spend with patients as they need. If you have a regular visit (no problems you would like to discuss) just need a Pap smear and easy birth control she’s great, but I do not think she has the time to truly delve into any issues with you.

Let me start by saying this review is NOT about Dr. Glass. She has been my doctor for years and has always been wonderful. This review is about the nurse in the office who handles prescriptions. I believe her name is Amy? Dr. Glass is very aware of the fact that when I suffer from a yeast infection, it always takes 2 single doses of Fluconazole to treat the issue. I have even always been able to call and request 2 single doses to take with me on vacation just in case. It has never been an issue. Until the day before Christmas Eve. I called the office and was directed to leave a message for the nurse. When she called back and said I could have 1 single dose, I mentioned how I always get 2 single doses, because 1 single dose is not enough for me. Her response was, "you can have one." Fluconazole typically treats any discomfort within 2-3 days. I had to suffer through Christmas Eve, Christmas day, and the entire weekend with no relief (because 1 dose is not enough for me) before calling Monday morning and again being directed to leave a message for the nurse. At this point, it has been 5 days with no relief. I never heard back from anyone in the office that day. The next day, I called the pharmacy to explain my situation in hopes that they could some how contact the office and resolve the issue. That is when I found out that the prescription had been filled, meaning that I likely could have picked it up 24 hours earlier and had relief that much sooner, had the nurse called me to tell me it had been filled. I feel very disrespected and do not wish to deal with this nurse every time I need a prescription from Dr. Glass.

I cannot thank her enough. While we struggled with fertility, she was so very kind while still being straightforward about our issues, somehow showing compassion without sugar coating things. She set me up with specialists and surgeons, and helped me feel like there was hope when scary things kept popping up. When we were finally blessed with our son, her team did an amazing job. Without their care and expertise, I would not have survived. Thanks to all their attention and care, I lived to celebrate our son's 1st birthday yesterday.
