I didn't get through examination by Dr.Not even listening the patient concerns and complaints. I felt that they just work for getting money from insurance.Not satisfied at all.

It took 10 days to see the doctor regarding a prolonged acute sinusitis; waited 30 minutes to see him; he prescribed a nasal spray and a CT Scan. It’s been 10 days since the Scan. I’ve called the office every day after waiting 5 days for the results. Most times I would just get voice mail. When I spoke to a live person, I was transferred to Dr Druck’s assistant and got her voicemail twice. No one has called me back!!! I still don’t know my results. I’m very frustrated and disappointed that the entire staff has displayed zero interest in treating me in a professional manner.

Working with Dr. Druck and everyone who assists him at ENT Associates has been a great experience. Every time I had an appointment I was in on time and out fast. Dr. Druck clearly explained why I suffered the sinus problems I was having, he also explained how he could fix these problems with a simple surgery. The surgery center in Chesterfield that he works in is amazing and I could not be any happier with the experience I had while there. All in all I can say I was lucky to have been recommended to a great Doctor like Druck he is straight forward and professional.

Dr. Druck took awesome care of me and was very caring and attentive to my needs and was very helpful and gentle and listened to my questions and treated me with care and respect.

He is an amazing doctor, my daughter has been going to him for years, she went to other doctors over the years that couldn't figure out what was wrong, one look and he knew and took immediate action. We recommend him to everyone, he takes his time with you and answers all questions. Excellent Doc.
