Paul Anthony Hinton's Online Review Report Card

The St. Charles office rarely picks up the phone - to make an appointment I've had to call other office locations. I've been scheduled for appointments only to be told when I show up that either the person I'm seeing is not there or that I need to be rescheduled due to vaccine not ready. Very unorganized.

Somebody please tell me why you cannot get through when you call this place. When you finally do get through it they're extremely rude like you're imposing on them. Screw this I'm going somewhere elsewhere it's actually professional.

Hinton Healthcare has been very good to me. Thank you Dr Steinkamp for reminding me to take care of myself and pointing me in all the right directions. Dr Rubey was amazing and shared alot of information with me. She's a wonderful female dr. I take my 89 yrs old mother to the Wentzville office and all of the staff have always addressed any of her issues as she has aged. Thank you to all the doctors and all of the staff for everything you have done for my mom and myself.

I have been seeing Dr Hinton for years as my primary care doctor. My daughters see his wife Jennifer as well. We love dealing with Katlyn as well. Its getting harder and harder to find independent primary care doctors that are not affiliated with a hospital group.

They don't return calls. Perscriptions don't get called in. Took over 30 days to get lab Results. No parking spots. Dangerous Neighborhood. Bad office Help. They dont CARE about your health.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hinton for 2 months and the few visits I had with him was great. Dr. Hinton listened to what was going on with me and also had the best feedback to all the questions I had for him about my health. I didn't have to wait in the waiting room no more than 5 minutes before I was taken back to the exam room and hardly any wait time before the doctor came in. I'm glad I'm a patient of Dr. Hinton and if anyone is looking for a doctor, Dr. Hinton is you go to doctor.

Doctors are nice but the front desk is horrible they always have a attitude for no reason. It takes days to get a refill request I’ve called 5 times in the last 2 days and still nothing I’m done giving them money we will find someone new I would not recommend them anymore. I’ve sadly recommended them in the past.

dr. hinton was over an hour late, the front desk girl was rude as can be + didn’t have her mask on, when the doctor did finally show up he didn’t address a single concern i had + gave no real answers to anything, he ignored my wishes by prescribing me multiple medicines after i asked to keep it to the very minimum, the walls are paper thin so you can hear absolutely everything, the blood work he wanted to have done wasn’t called in, the prescriptions never made it to the pharmacy, dr. hinton sounded like a salesman trying to have me switch my daughters ped to their new doctor + insinuated that the practice he was from wasn’t that great (which just so happens to be my daughters pediatricians office + has the kindest + most loving nurses and doctors. s/o to mercy in wildwood), and the doctor gave me less than ten minutes but while i was having my super duper short appointment after waiting over an hour, he answered his personal phone + instead of walking out of the room had his phone loud enough for the world to hear. the only saving grace was the sweet & attentive nurse!

Dr hinton is a great Dr.. always answers my questions and takes time with me..never feel rushed n truly cares about his patience.
