Randy Agolia's Online Review Report Card

They have a standard of care to uphold and we don’t feel that happened today. He is covering our physicians office this weekend and was very unhelpful as was Mariah their triage nurse. We understand he would prefer to see my child in person but we are four states away heading to what is supposed to be our Christmas vacation…no urgent care facilities near us open…and they could not empathize with our situation and instead leaves my child sick with no medication. She’s been going to this office since she was an infant, 7 years now…and her records are pretty clear. No reason he couldn’t have taken 5 minutes to look at the entire situation. It’s also 2022- I asked for a televisit and was told no. If you can’t go see the other doctors in this office- I definitely would not recommend this one. Very disappointed.

Honestly, he’s the best pediatrician we’ve seen so far with both of my daughters (3 & 6 months). He’s thorough, explains things, listens to you, he’s open minded, can relate because he had two kiddos of his own, and treats you exactly as a pediatrician should. The way he approaches the kids gently and his thoroughness at every appointment is rare to find. We were referred to him and really, we couldn’t be happier. I’m so happy we found such a good pediatrician for them early on in their life. Would 10/10 recommend!

Great doctor! Really cares about his patients.

My daughter got injured requiring a trip to urgent care over the weekend. I wanted to follow up with dr. Angolia on Monday. He took the time to listen as I recounted what happened, was kind even sharing personal stories of time his children were hurt. He reassured me and took great care of her making sure to answer all my questions. I’ve never felt rushed in his office and you can tell that he genuinely cares about his patients and their families.

Absolutely love this office. Anytime my kiddos are sick the nurses line is very helpful. If they need to be seen they get them in quickly. I feel like they do a very very good job. Would reccomend this office to anyone.

Dr. Agolia serviced me as a teenager and I always felt I was in good hands under his care. Now, I am one month into motherhood and as a new parent I can tell you that I could not have asked for a more kind, considerate, and thorough practitioner to see my baby. He makes my husband and I both feel heard and makes himself available to answer any questions we may run into. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to find a provider who truly cares about his patients and takes his time with determining best course of action whatever the circumstance.

Dr Agolia has been seeing my children since we moved here from GA over 5 years ago! He is BEYOND the best pediatrician I’ve ever had for my kiddos we had hoped to have someone just as great as ours in GA and we found that in Dr Agolia! My daughter has been struggling with severe anxiety since covid hit, when I took her to see him he took his lunch break hour to see her!! On his OWN time where he could have a break he wanted to help us instead! He is selfless and has the BIGGEST heart! The only complaint I have is some of the front office staff seemed burnt out and can be crabby! But I will push by them just to stay with Agolia because we aren’t there to see them!

Dr. Agolia was my pediatrician since I was 1 years old, now I'm 25, and he's my son's pediatrician. Wouldn't trust my baby with anyone else. Absolutely great all around. All the doctors and personal in this office are amazing.

No problem seems to big or to small. He has always taken the time to listen not only to the parents but to the children too.

Dr. Agolia is fantastic- we are glad we heard about him. He takes the time to thoroughly examine the child and he spends time listening and answering questions. You don't feel like he's trying to rush you through to move along to the next patient. He is also very skilled and has great credentials. I highly recommend Dr. Agolia. It's been almost 2 years since I wrote this, but we have had so many more interactions with Dr. Agolia... I had to add more. One of my daughters had a little cough and I almost didn't take her in. She just seemed off though. He did a thorough examination and felt better having her do a chest xray. He doesn't suggest unnecessary meds or tests, and so I knew it was the best thing to do if he thought so. She had pneumonia and I didn't know. We have 5 children ages 12 and under and he talks to them and treats them SO well, with a wonderful sense of humor too that they understand. He is never phased by some of the chaos we bring into the small exam rooms. He treats my children like his only patients for the day. We moved to the country, and I still do the longer drive in because we have found our long-term pediatrician. He is the best!
