List of Rebecca Ann Rodriguez's Reviews
My mom go with this doctor and she want me to go with her, so I try to call doctor Rebeca to make the appointment but they tell me she is not accepting new patience. After my mom say than doctor Rebeca say call again and I just need to say I am jill daughter’s and they will accepted me. So I try to call over two weeks, several times, almost every day and i don’t was not so lucky, never nobody answer. I check here and read and that is a behavior here for years because other people complaining about the same. So long ago. Off course you are human and probably that do not make happy yourself and should be available to say it. If you are not going to be professional in your treat a least listen the complaints and don’t project yourself in the other person trying to say that person is rude bc is communicating. I don’t even remember pretty well, I just know I do not mea to be rude at all! So I let many voice mail and never received any call back, they just send it to me a message to my chart, saying she is declined to be my doctor lol. I never understand why she say some and after she rejected with a terrible excuse! Now weeks later my mom show me a text extremely long the doctor send it to her saying why they don’t accepted me, and is because supposedly I was rude WOW, that sound even a joke. And she say they all think the same, so I guess that is why they never answer the phone they are so busy judging people by the way the talk o sound to them. Iam Latin and I talk dramatic, plus I have an accent plus I just speak English for a few years I guess probably they are just so delicate maybe that is the only reason make sense here. But come on your don’t make somebody call you and after rejecting this person bc supposed sound rude! Lol anyways a favor they do to me bc I found a great doctor I am happy with now.
Dr. Rodriguez is one of the best doctors I’ve ever been to in a 37 years I’ve been alive!!! She treats everybody in my family we will not go anywhere else. I highly recommend her practice to everyone!
Dr. Rodriguez is fantastic. She takes her time, listens, and doesn't rush you. I love that she is an advocate of food as medicine. You can tell that she loves what she does, and she's good at it. Before finding Dr. Rodriguez I bounced around for years, trying to find a doctor I connected with and trusted. I've been a patient now for 4+ years and continue to recommend Dr. Rodriguez to friends and family.
Awesome doctor. She is easy to talk to and will always listen and work with you.
She was great anytime I was sick with a cold around 11-12 years old. 13 years old I started developing debilitating stomach pains, both Dr Rodriguez and the nurse practitioner that I had to see when Rodriguez was “too booked up” kept passing it off as acid reflux. I kept insisting that it’s not acid reflux, I know what that pain is and this is a different type of pain. Almost 21 now and I’m finally in the process of getting my gallbladder removed through a new doctor. 7 years of pain that left me curled on the bathroom floor sobbing anytime I had a gallbladder attack, because she and the nurse practitioner refused to listen to me. Who knows what possible complications I could have gone through if my gallbladder got worse and they kept passing it off as just “acid reflux”
Rebecca es la mejor doctora que e tenido, escucha con paciencia, trata de ayudar y que uno se sienta comodo, a mi me a ayudado mucho, es muy agradable y profesional
Saw her August of 2016 for onset sudden hair loss. Blood tests revealed thyroid issue. She started me on the “standard” Levothyroxine for a few months then re-test. At re-test she said all labs were normal. Yet, I had not had any improvement and, in fact, felt worse. Her nurse repeated my labs were normal and there was nothing further Dr. Rodriguez would do. Terrible! I left and won’t ever return or refer her.
Rebecca Rodriguez is the best doctor I’ve ever had. She really listens to me. She is very personable and easy to talk to. I can always get an appointment in a timely manner and prescriptions are always sent to my pharmacy immediately. If you’re looking for a doctor, she is the best!
I had heard many good things about Dr. Rodriquez so I scheduled a new patient appointment through MyMercy. After scheduling I received a message saying that my appointment was going to be canceled because she is not accepting new patients. I called the office to get assistance. I left a message; they then called back and confirmed she was no longer taking new patients. I asked if they could find out if there was an anticipated time she might open up again for new patients. The girl on the phone became rude, cut me off and hung up.
Trying to have my medication refilled turned into an absolute nightmare. The staff was snippy and they expect you to come into an office during a pandemic. Absolutely zero regard for phobias or mental health. All they want is their money. "I've been home since March!" "Well if you've been home since March you don't need your medication." "I work from home." This is the level of nonsense being pushed by your office staff. I am livid.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
