Its very clean, staff is cordial. I had a long wait because you have to call to get on a waiting list, since so many people are getting sick this time of the year. But it was good! They did my tests and got results within 20-25 minutes. Great facility.

Friendly, fast and efficient

I've always received great care! I don't feel judged, like I do when I've gone to *any other* urgent care, I feel like they care about my concerns, I can voice how I feel without judgment, they're quick, and down to earth as well. Just overall, great. Total Access will be the only urgent care I go too from here on out!

This location wasn't as friendly as the others I have been too. I tried making an appointment for 3 + days now. They don't have a list you before opening hours but are booked by the time they open. When I went there yesterday, they just opened, and they turned me away. If you don't have covid, they don't want to help you. Not impressed...

I'd tell the staff here is amazing, but they rotate locations... so I'd have to say Friendly, attentive, kind, thorough... didn't blow my sickness symptoms off and felt the valued me as a customer. The PE (DR) (Matt) was super nice, extremely thorough, and a person whom I felt really listened to me.

Our granddaughter was visiting us from out of town. She had to be tested negative before she could return to school. Not sure where she went but the test came back positive. My wife and I are in our late 80's so we were very worried. We had been to your facility about a year ago for testing so I called again to set up an appointment. The staff was wonderful. The lady I talked to was very understanding. We were given a number and was told that we would be notified when to come. About 2 hours later we were notified by text and phone call to come to the clinic and to text them when we arrived which I did. We were instructed to come in and register. We did. The paper work was ready for our signatures. We were escorted to sperate rooms and a short time later was swabbed and told it would take several minutes to get the results. After about 5 minutes a member of the staff stopped in to tell me that it would not be much longer and about another 5 minutes we both received the good news that we were negative. Your staff went well above expectations. Thank you, thank you, thank you and God Bless.

fast, timely, efficient and friendly

Awesome experience all the way around. Everyone was super nice and where all very helpful.

I did not feel well. It took awhile to get in but very understandable due to covid. Everything person I came in contact with apologized which I was not upset. My Dr was Katie she was very nice I lived how she took interest she knew what she was talking about. I rather use Total acess then go to my primary dr. I have been to both locations and both are amazing.

The doctors and nurses are absolutely amazing. I had a nail go through my finger and was in a ton of pain, they kept checking on me while I was there keeping me updated on when they could come in and see me. This was by far the fastest urgent care I had gone to. And to make things even easier they have a pharmacy on site. All the staff there are friendly and helpful!
