My time here was good. Therapy worked with me on the road to getting back to my home on my own. Staff were very friendly and skilled. Only thing I would suggest is they come up with a better way to order your meals. I only received what I actually ordered 2 times the rest of the time my requests were either ignored or changed or added to. It would also help if room trays were picked up Before the 10:30am dead line to get your meal choice submitted.

My mother was a resident til January 2019. She was there for 7 months. She had excellent care, clean room and good food. I never worried about her being there. She enjoyed the activities around the holidays. She met new friends and ran into old friends.

I’ve only been working here a short time but I love the energy and love the workers show the residents I’ve been looking for this kind of environment and I finally feel at home here with my fellow coworkers and residents!!

The oaks at Bethesda is an amazing company to be a part of! We are able to give so many opportunities to not only the team but our customers as well! What other Ltc takes the resident on retreats, has theme dinner, theme weeks, takes the residents as many places for experiences as possible! Our customer satisfaction says it all! #3 out of 107, and our team is rated #1 out of 107! You can’t ask for a better experience!
