Anything but convenient care. Saw only 1 patient t while I was here who got out pretty fast but it still took them 2.5 hours before calling me. And kept saying they were busy. It was not busy at all.

I was referred here by my PCP's office. I was easily able to schedule a same-day appointment and was seen quickly upon my arrival. NP Betsey was incredibly kind and thorough in her plan of care. Great bedside manner! This was much better than an independent urgent care because they could see all of my medical history with BJC, and my PCP will be able to see the test results and write-up from this visit.

Dumbest thing is you make an appointment, arrive early like your supposed to and have to wait behind all the walk ins, first time using and last time!

My Dr.s Office called and got me an appointment same day, didn't have to wait long, VERY FRIENDLY STAFF, VERY PLEASED!!!

Front desk/checkin staff was a bit stressed due a new system that day, but very friendly and kind. (Kathleen for the win of the trip). The nurse who took me back and did vitals seemed okay, nice but just a bit flightly and had trouble writing complete sentences and misspelling every few words in the chart. There was a screaming kid as I waited to see the NP on duty (found out she was alone) so it was understandable due to triage that they were seen first. NP was thorough and listened intently. Although nurse line said to get xrays she suggested a.brace and pain gel and to rest a couple weeks to see if pain subsided. I said I had not worn a knee brace before so wanted to have some questions answered. She said someone would come in a get a correctly fitted brace and answer my questions. 45 minutes later the flightly vitals nurse comes in with an ace.bandage saying this is all she had no brace but told me to watch YouTube if I got one and to follow up with PCP. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME, and I can't wait for the bill.
