I highly recommend winghaven branch of st Lukes Hospital. The staff there is extremely friendly and i get my mammograms there as they are very respectful and kind and knowledgeable. Plus I was in and out is about 20 min
Everyone is very friendly from the front desk to all the technicians. They treat you with respect and make you feel very at ease.
Besides the woman that made the appointment everyone that my fiance interacted with was very short with him. He is not in the medical nor has ever gotten an MRI before so he was nervous. I understand it is easy to get comfortable when working in the medical field but not everyone has exposer to all of this so have some compassion when dealing with patients.
Easy scheduling friendly staff. I got there early — they took me right in. They made me comfortable for my MRI I’m claustrophobic and was in pain from a migraine at the time. They gave me extra earplugs so the noise wouldn’t bother my migraine. Got through my test quickly. They also offered to courier the CD to my doctor in Brentwood so I didn’t have to take it
I found the scheduling to be easy and the professionals to be very friendly. The Winghaven location is much closer to my home that the St. Lukes main campus. There is much less waiting. My tests have run on time so that I can plan the rest of my day.
Very professional and friendly staff. Kim at reception was helpful with the check in process and the MRI tech Bob walked me through the procedure and answered all my questions which made for a comfortable process.
Very friendly staff and cozy office environment Great experience
Made this appointment 2 weeks out. The appointment was literally thw 2nd to the last day I could do it for a month. They apparently are unaware how to screen and know their own rules. Had they made me aware of the issue which wasnt an issue at Gateway for my previous MRI I could have taken steps to rectify the issue instead I wasted my time sitting there for almost an HOUR wasting my time. Wont be rescheduling to go back.
I went in for a normal test. But when you go into a business and the you get the same ole same ole that is expected. I mean it is just a job for most. But I want to say that Bridge and Kim all made my normal test and their normal work day something else. They made if fun and enjoyable. Literally they were just funny and fun. There is no price you can put on finding good people. Getting someone to smile not only helps that person it also helps the person who made it happen and helps the business. This is not a business where I can say they will get all my business from now on. It is not a restaurant or retail store I get it but if I had to get a CT scan on a regular basis I would chose this place hands down but I probably wouldnt be alive long if I had to get a CT scan on a regular basis catch 22 I guess ha. But Bridget and Kim One in a million... or actually 2 in a million I guess since there were 2. Best hires St. Lukes ever made in the history of St. Lukes hires
Ive always had good experience at St. Lukes CDI. Staff is organized and professional. I particularly like that when calling for an appointment one is not asked for a callback number but you talk to a REAL person Bridget and Jamie were my care team on May 21 and as always it was a positive experience. Keep up the good work

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
