I met Dr. Taylor through an incident that sent me to the ER. My family and I did not know who would be assigned to help put me back together. When we met Dr. Taylor prior to surgery, we felt that I was in capable hands. My experience with him is still ongoing and there are no words to describe how we feel about him. I started with Dr. Taylor for a total Hip Replacement he was very informative through this whole process and has been very supportive I have had no issues with the implant, with sutures or anything. This has been an awesome experience and I am glad I had such a caring professional and his team.

I have been trying to make an appointment since the first of the year. I had a referral that I have been going back and forth to get taken care of. All of my colleagues highly recommended Austin Taylor, so this is why I have been staying so persistent about it. However the 1 star is for the administrative/office staff. I have personally worked for an orthopedic surgeon on the administrative side and I have NEVER been rude to my past, current, or future patients like they have been on the phone. In the future I will change my star rating for Austin Taylor, but as it stands the 1 star for the administrative/office staff will remain (at least until they take a communications course on how to be respectful and courteous when speaking to patients). I will mention this when I finally get my appointment as well, since it is so important for the administrative/office staff to be on point. If not the doctors suffers due to this negligence, by patients refusing to use their services due to the communication treatment given.

I’m a veteran who was referred to Dr Taylor and McBride. He took the time to explain all my options and even ordered another mri just because I said my condition has gotten worse. Something the veteran administrations would never do. He was knowledgeable and shot it to me straight.
