Went at 8am. Immediately was told there was a line of 25 people and I would have to wait. Second time being here and the first time they said the same thing.

This Urgent care is fabulous! The staff is very professional, caring and kind! They are Covid safe with their sign in process. It was nice to wait at home until your appt time. No contact with anyone in waiting room. They are very efficient. My experience was stress free.

Entire visit including x-ray and test took about 90 min. Very nice facility waited in my car until my turn in virtual line seen right away got prescriptions filled on site. I would definitely recommend. Very helpful friendly staff.

I will never ever go to the Emergency room again unless necessary. Total Access Urgent Care is the best. Excellent service great bedside manners & friendly staff. The best part is it is easy on the wallet.

The process of signing up for the wait list was seamless and simple. My spot in line was secured. The only drawback was having to wake up early to do so as the wait list resets at 6am every morning. It was a good trade off to get a rapid COVID test done, however.

Very kind and thorough employees. Once appointment was made, they kept very close to schedule. We were in and out in a timely manner.

Everyone at this location are on top of their duties. Very sweet and funny staff. I recommend going to this location than the ones in upper north county. For covid this branch followed health county guidelines to alert positive covid tests. The location my bf went to was never informed and he never filled out the covid surveys as required during quarantine.
