I had a cortisone injection in my hip. Dr.O’loughlin explained the procedure and what I should expect thoroughly. Pain relief was almost immediate. Well worth the minor pain of two needle sticks.

Worst doctor a family member has ever visited. Horrible bedside manner and in the habit of revealing personal information about himself, specifically undesirable traits to have as a doctor that you place in your care. Which is highly inappropriate in a place of professionalism. He did not listen in the slightest to what they were saying, to the degree of talking over them and dismissing their concerns. In fact, he seemed to have no idea what he was talking about at all. Consistently contradicting himself in explaining what he believed to be the issue and talking in circles. He seemed to not prioritize the patient in the slightest, making them feel smaller and severely unimportant as he rushes to push them out the door. He also tried to coerce them into believing that something else was the problem when it very clearly wasn't, something that heavily contradicted previous statements he made. I have extreme concern, as this doctor could be potentially hazardous to patients and is a walking malpractice suit risk. He either needs to go back to school or actually make an effort to be a good doctor.

He called me personally to discuss a post-surgery plan for an upcoming orthopedic surgery even though I have not met him in person yet (reassigned my other doctor left practice). He was very considerate, spent a good amount of time with me over the phone. He was pleasant, friendly and very informative. He explained things in a simple manner and made sure I understood everything. I could not have asked for a better experience and never in my life have had such a great experience with any doctor!
