Dr. Crites has performed two separate shoulder surgeries on me...one being a total shoulder replacement. He is top notch. Very professional. Very knowledgeable. Friendly. Seems to truly care. His PA (Mary Welch) is phenomenal. Total experience was awesome!! I would highly recommend, and will definitely use for my technical medical needs in future.

Went to Dr. Crites for a total reverse shoulder replacement. The entire process could not have been better, all the way from the initial consultations, the surgery itself and the follow-up. This surgery changed my life and as a veteran of several orthopedic surgeries over the years, the process could not have been handled better.

The worst Dr I have ever had he did surgery on my shoulder and made it worse and then I had to go to another Dr that whoud fix his surgery...

What can I say; from the first office consult for shoulder replacement to my post-op release at 3 months, Dr. Crites was excellent+. I would recommend him and his PA, Mary Welch without question! The procedure went as expected and I was amazed at the minimal amount of post-op pain I had requiring opiate pain medication. I am now 90+ days post-op and doing great. Thank you Dr. Crites and team!
