Elena Annopolsky's Online Review Report Card

Extremely unprofessional staff and doctor. Doctor is "too busy" for appointments. Staff is rude. Avoid this office.

Do yourself a favor and find another doctor, any doctor, just not Annopolsky. I almost got a heart attack from talking to Annopolsky just for a few minutes. I told Annopolsky that she must learn at least some manners, turned around and left her disgusting office.Elena Annopolsky MD and her assistant, both are extremely rude and extremely unprofessional. With her attitude, Annopolsky should not be practicing medicine.Annopolsky has no any manners whatsoever, she has no ability to listen what patient is telling and to comprehend what patient is trying to tell, and she is refusing even to listen about patient's all complaints at the very first visit, when she is obligated to spend at least 45 minutes examining and listening to a patient (not just by asking immediate complaints). She probably can hear only herself.They are operating like in the Stone Age. Assistant demanded to give them a pharmacy telephone number, when they knew perfectly that nobody remembers the pharmacy phone number. I told them the pharmacy name and the address, but they have no mental ability to look it up on the Internet (and it should be in their electronic database). I overheard Annopolsky telling somebody in the reception that she would not be writing any prescription if I will not give them a pharmacy telephone number.It appears as if they are just making up all that nonsense, so Annopolsky would not write the necessary prescription (and save her time)... It was the most disgusting office that I ever visited in my life and I never saw any doctor with the same outrageous attitude... This is why I told Annopolsky that I do not need her unprofessional services...

They are only concerned with their co pay ... the receptionist always always has a difficult time understanding what you want her to doThey won’t sign your driving permit form unless you take all of the blood work they recommend ... 1 year ago they did the entire physical checkup and say you have to pay $50 in order to get your DL180 signed.....I called to schedule a PCP appt for my husband’s red eye, it took the receptionist 3 days to understand that we are an existing patient and not new by that time his eye was red so I got the chance to talk to somebody there and that somebody after 3 days instead of trying to see my husband tells me “immediately take him to ER or he will be blind “I finally get a referral and go to an eye doctor and she gives him a drop that takes care of everything in just 24 hours.I would never visit them againnnn

I got transferred to this doctor because Dr. Krainsky retired. this place is unprofessional. Longest waiting time ever. i waited almost 2 hours to go in with no other patients before me or in the waiting room. The doctor told me straight up to go to another doctor and so i did and it was the best decision i've ever made. I hope you do too.

Если хотите испортить себе день идите туда , фронтдески грубые как будто вы к ним домой пришли или в чем то виноваты ,месяцами ждете свой апойтмен когда приходите еще ждете но в офисе нет клиентов чего ждать столько не знаю

Very negative energy, horrible attitude of front desk assistant, doctor is too busy for old and sick people. You have to beg for appointment and refill for life necessary medication. We are living the office to another doctor.

So unprofessional!!!!! Very rude!!!! Never go there. Waiting time more then an hour!!!

I have extremely negative experience with this doctor. She is impossible to deal with. It takes huge to efforts to get prescription refilled or new prescription or any paperwork or an appointment or anything at all. The older the patient is the worse the attitude. Shame on this doctor!! She is the worst in the area!! Never choose this doctor!!
