MIchelle Ann Stone Do's Online Review Report Card

Very disappointed. Chose Dr Stone for my elderly father's pcp because she is in platte city and seemed reputable. He became ill and needed to be seen. I was told they can't see him for 3 months and to take him to an urgent care! What? Why have a pcp if this is the case, and I have to drive him to Kansas city anyway. This is not the kind of medical care an 86 year old man needs. Update: Ended up taking my dad to the ER. Turns out he was positive for Covid. Dr. Stones office did show concern for him by calling the following two days to check on him. He has a follow-up appointment next week. I am updating my rating due to the Dr's follow-up, but my initial interaction is still disturbing.

Sadly we will probably be switching doctors but not due to Dr. stone. I’ve never been to a hospital with such rude supporting staff. Repeatedly over the phone and in person the women at the front desk have talked down to my husband and I for asking questions about insurance and paper work. I hope they realize they’re working with people who are trying to get life altering medical treatments, but they’ve just treated us like we’re a problem and an inconvenience for asking questions. I hope they can fix their climate but it’s not worth dealing with every time we go in.

Dr. Stone is a great , caring doctor. She spends as much time as needed to answer questions and go over the game plan to help you feel better. Glad she is my PCP , I know I’m in good hands.

Dr. Stone is the best doctor I've ever had. She takes the time to listen to her patients and gives them the appropriate diagnosis in a timely manner. Her nursing staff is excellent as well and prompt to return phone calls if you have any concerns. I drive out of my way to see this practice.

Dr. Stone is an excellent doctor. She cares about her patients. She has awesome bedside manners and really listened to me each visit. She always gave me options as well as helped me problem solved so many of my issues. She referred me to helpful specialist when needed. Dr. Stone always went over and beyond with my care, and I appreciated her professionalism and her wealth of knowledge. Looking for a great doctor, Dr. Stone is your next stop.

Dr Stone is an intelligent and caring provider. She is a warm and friendly doctor. She makes sure you understand what is going on and is very thorough in explaining any test or treatments. She is just an exceptional doctor and she has made a difference in my health and my life. I am grateful for doctor like her!!!!!

Dr. Stone was my doctor after I got to the hospital, from giving birth to my son in the ambulance. I liked her so much, that when I found out I was pregnant again 3 years later, I switched doctors for her to be my primary care doctor. She remained my doctor up until recently when she left the clinic I go to. She is very professional, but also very caring and considerate. She listened to you, and did whatever she could to help or fix the problem, or just to ease your mind. I would still be her patient if location allowed, I wish her luck in the future, and will miss her as my doctor.
